Canning Mandarin Oranges update

We finally opened up a pint of the Mandarin Oranges we’d canned back at the beginning of March.

All the effort around removing the outer pith paid off! I may have taken a long time but the end results were delicious!

    All the things I grow and love too. Your cltiame is so different than down where I live as evidenced by the bounty you are getting now. I saw on Martha Stewart making kale in the oven and he sprayed the kale with pam spray before drying it in the oven. I haven’t tried it yet, but will on my grandkids soon.
