The value of Dehydrating and Canning foods!

I put together this little video to show folks what we do with our food dehydrators and canning equipment. We’ve found a way to use these effectively to make daily cooking as simple as possible!

    Thanks for the video! I’ve only done water bath canning thus far, but I’m excited to try pressure canning.I love the idea of canning ready-made soup and you made it seem so easy. Thanks for the inspiration!

      Glad you liked the video! Pressure canning isn’t all that difficult, but it does require more caution than water bath canning. The trick is to practice canning water a few times to make sure you’re getting it right, then move on to canning actual foods.

      As to the pea soup, that’s one of my favorite, “I’m feeling lousy” foods, so having it on the shelf ready to heat and eat is fantastic.
